Hiring Practices and Screening Process
By adhering to our belief that quality individuals provide quality services,
we interview each candidate for hire. Each potential employee is put through
what many consider the most rigorous and discerning screening process. As a
result, The Robin Kellner Agency has developed a client list which reads
like New York City's social register, Hollywood's A-List, and Who's Who in
American Industry.
We either check references on candidates or provide references should the
client prefer to check references directly. We also obtain criminal background
and credit checks and driving record reports.
We have a reputation for honest, personal attention, and our client is
personally assisted throughout the entire staffing process. After all, the
responsibility of hiring an individual to work in a home must be handled with
care, discretion and respect.
We will also make house calls to assess a
family's situation prior to recommending an employee. The Agency then pursues a
relentless employee search, while adhering to the same high standards as our
discerning clients. It is my goal to provide only the most appropriate
candidates for my client to meet during their final decision-making process
concerning the staff suitable to their lifestyle needs.
